About Us

Tomorrow's Children

Tomorrow's Children, Inc. was formed in 2007 as a d.b.a. of About Planning Parties, Inc. to promote the charity's mission on helping and nurturing children both locally and globally. The name was changed in 2011 to Tomorrow's Children, Inc. to better reflect our mission.

About Planning Parties, Inc. was designated a 501(c)(3) public charity in 2003, and then due to more private funding, was deemed a private charity in 2007. Our goal is to educate the public of children's needs and demonstrate by helping, and return this charity to its original public charity status with the help of new supporters.

You can confirm our charity's status by searching on the IRS website for Tomorrow's Children, Inc. in Loganville, GA.

About the Charity

Carla Keaton moved from California to Georgia in 1997. She began volunteering with the Starlight Foundation, and found it to be a truly rewarding experience. In 2003, she began funding Starlight's hospital parties through About Planning Parties, which helped the charity free up funds for other much needed programs. Her first child, Noah, was born one pound and 10 ounces, and Elijah was born three pounds and 13 ounces. These boys have helped her further develop the mission of the charity by making her aware of the need families with premature babies in intensive care face. With the help of her musician/engineer/multi-talented husband Doyen, she was able to launch the website, and put into place the current programs. Stay tuned to the community outreach page where she will continue to narrow the focus of the charity's mission to help families with premature babies with extended stays in NICU, since they are forced into this harsh world way before thier time.
