Return Policy:

We appreciate your business. Please be advised AudioHipster is a small starving analog studio striving to keep the doors open and continue to make analog services affordable. We are too small and can't afford to accept returns, so please do not buy if you are not sure you want the product. All new products come with full factory warranty, (most importers only warranty products with in the USA so international sales be advised warranty may be void outside of the US). All used items are sold "as is" and as described. Should AudioHipster decide to accept a return or exchange on a case by case basis, it would be subject up to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is paid by the customer. There are absolutely no returns on any product that has been dismantled, damaged and / or mic capsule exposed or removed. Special orders, drop shipped, non-stocked items and clearance items simply can not be returned at a dealer level. Thank you for supporting our small community business.
